I was in an a Rolling Stone Chile special about 'Mujeres del Rock Chileno 2009' in January - this is the foto they took and published with the interview (which was good up until the end when they made up a response... which was out of order! They basically wrote that i said I didn't like Santiago or living here, quoting me saying something Lautaro said...To clear that up: I really like living in Santiago...so there!)

Intimate Stranger, grupo formado el 2005 en Santiago de Chile por Lauatro, ex-guitarrista de los conjuntos rock Cucsifae, Donfango y Disturbio Menor y por la cantante y bajista Tessie Spoljaric-Woodgate.
A fines del 2005 se radican en Londres donde se unen con Ric Jonston, baterista de la banda The Black Dove Experiment. Rapidamente desarollan un sonido propio que es reflejado en su primer disco 'Life Jacket'.
El trio crea melodias pop que ne conjunto con su simple instrumentacion y una voz feminina completan un estilo que les da una caracteristica unica dentro del rock alternativo. En sus letras mezclan exitosamente el sentido de fantasia y la crudeza de la vida urbana.
Intimate Stranger actuo en eventos de la escena londienense y realizo giras en el continente europeo y en USA. Toco en festivales de musica como los de SXSW 2008 en Austin, Texas.
Ahora la banda esta de vuelta en Chile para grabar su segundo disco junto al baterista original, Mauricio Muñoz, quien recientemente vuelve a formar parte de la banda.
